About the course of study

The Master’s degree program in National Security, in subject specializations, is based on the mission of our university, which aims to “adapt the educational offer to the needs of the local labor market by launching new fields of study, studies, new specializations.”

The Master’s degree programme in National Security is a continuation of the Bachelor’s degree programme in this field of study. It has the character of a comprehensive study of the essence of security in the modern world, understood on various levels – military, political, economic, social, medical, etc. The studies include numerous practical elements, such as basics of cartography, satellite navigation, basics of medical rescue or white intelligence (OSINT) techniques. The aim of the studies is a comprehensive, interdisciplinary and advanced preparation of the student to function in various structures dealing with national security.

Cybersecurity

the specialisation prepares students to work in security institutions and other entities for which the security of ICT systems and networks is of key importance to their operations.

Emergency Management

the specialisation prepares the student in terms of knowledge and professional competence to work in internal security units responsible for crisis management.
