About the course of study

The Józef Gołuchowski University of Applied Sciences educates students at the undergraduate level in the field of nursing in both full-time and part-time systems, known as “bridging” studies. Full-time undergraduate studies last for 6 semesters, while the so-called “bridging” undergraduate studies last for two or three semesters. Upon completion of the studies, graduates will receive a diploma with the professional title of Bachelor of Nursing.

During the three-year undergraduate studies, nursing students at the University in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski will gain knowledge in the field of basic sciences, social sciences, basic nursing care, and will acquire advanced knowledge within the scope of specialized patient care. We belong to the elite group of Universities in Poland offering a new quality of education in the Monoprofile Medical Simulation Center.

Nursing

The nursing program prepares theoretically and practically highly qualified nursing staff for work in healthcare. Students gain the education necessary to undertake clinical work, independently performing tasks within nursing functions in various healthcare institutions.
